Your Role:

As a Heavy Equipment Sales Representative for our Construction Equipment Group, you will focus on driving sales for our DEVELON and other leading construction brands in the Columbus, OH region.

Responsibilities include:

          Building and managing customer accounts and territories

          Meeting sales quotas and using effective prospecting techniques

          Visiting customer sites to identify opportunities

          Presenting tailored proposals to solve customer needs

          Actively using the company’s CRM system and sales tools

          Coordinating financing packages for customers

          Demonstrating equipment at customer locations

 

What You Bring:

          Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

          2+ years of heavy construction equipment sales preferred

          5+ years of B2B sales experience

          Effective communication and relationship-building skills

          Proven time and territory management abilities

          Valid driver’s license with a clean record

          Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

 

Physical Requirements:

          Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally

         Comfortable working in outdoor environments and near moving machinery
