Heavy Equipment Sales Representative
Your Role:
As a Heavy Equipment Sales Representative for our Construction Equipment Group, you will focus on driving sales for our DEVELON and other leading construction brands in the Columbus, OH region.
Responsibilities include:
• Building and managing customer accounts and territories
• Meeting sales quotas and using effective prospecting techniques
• Visiting customer sites to identify opportunities
• Presenting tailored proposals to solve customer needs
• Actively using the company’s CRM system and sales tools
• Coordinating financing packages for customers
• Demonstrating equipment at customer locations
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of heavy construction equipment sales preferred
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven time and territory management abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Comfortable working in outdoor environments and near moving machinery
