Position Overview:
The SVP of ATM Services will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our ATM operations, ensuring the strategic direction, growth through profitable sales, and operational efficiency. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with extensive experience in financial services and a deep understanding of ATM technologies, compliance, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for ATM services, aligning with the overall goals of the organization.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to ATM services.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Implement comprehensive sales strategy and business plan to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive product enhancements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and plan for the profitability of our ATM services.
- Maintain an updated ATM Services account plan and relationship matrix.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports to executive leadership on ATM performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred; MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on ATM operations and sales.
- Strong knowledge of ATM technology, transaction processing, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans and drive operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High energy, a positive leader with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% or as needed to meet with clients and business partners.
