What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Emergency Lodging Assistance Program Representative – Contractor within our CLC Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will play a versatile role, supporting multiple operational areas to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Emergency Lodging Assistance Program Manager and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Call Center
- Inbound phone calls
- Outbound phone calls
- Web portal customer service
- Accounting
- Billing resolution
- Accounting customer service calls
- Data entry
- Hotel Verification
- Basic cross-referencing and matching
- Data verification of hotel information
- Excel-based reports
- Investigation
- Tasked with collecting information from hotels
- Maintain/contribute to database of ongoing investigations
- Deletion or securing of personally-identifiable information
- Corporate Outreach
- Maintain contact with hotel brand and chain corporate contacts
- Prepare reports for hotel brand and chain corporate contacts
- May be requested to meet in-person with brand and chain contacts
