The Strategic Partnerships Intern will focus on supporting initiatives to help develop, enhance, and optimize sponsorship activations, contribute towards partnership marketing deliverables as well as involvement and exposure in strategic planning to continue integrating partner priorities while driving brand value.
 
Position Responsibilities:
• Support the on campus Strategic Partnerships team in the planning, implementation and elevation of any brand activations, partner campaign and event delivery 
• Assist in the inventory management tracking of partnership marketing deliverables
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to support capturing social media material to enhance storytelling efforts on campus and overall brand positioning in a leading youth space
• Provide new business and prospecting support at the global and localized levels by conducting market research, preparing sponsorship pitch materials, prospecting and outreach across priority categories, collecting on-campus insights 
• Support the iteration and development of existing partnership strategies & integration opportunities on campus 
• Provide daily operational support as needed across various areas and depts including sales, marketing, hospitality, sports, academics, and events.
• Other responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
 

Important Dates:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• A strong desire to learn and develop expertise in sponsorship and partnership management.
• Relationship-oriented with a proven ability to establish and maintain successful professional relationships and work within a very collaborative and always adapting team environment 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Results-oriented, with a track record of delivering on commitments.
• Proficiency in social media and content creation 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Canva.
