We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and collaborative Team Member Enrichment Specialist with strong communication skills to join our team. If you want to play a vital role in the training and professional development of our residential staff, we want you on our team!

Position: Team Member Enrichment Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, some variances to schedule should be expected

 

A Day in the Life 

 

As a vital part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in the onboarding and continuous development of our residential staff. Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering a supportive environment where our team members can thrive and grow both personally and professionally.

 

How This Position Contributes to our Mission 

  • Lead the onboarding process for new staff members, introducing them to the organizational mission, values and principles
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions to equip residential staff with essential skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and assess staff training compliance
  • Serve as a resource and support system for residential staff, offering guidance on best practices, coping strategies and self-care techniques

 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and their application in a residential environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, etc.) preferred. Experience considered in lieu of education requirements.
  • Experience working in a residential mental health facility or similar setting strongly preferred
