Position: Team Member Enrichment Specialist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, some variances to schedule should be expected
A Day in the Life
As a vital part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to play a crucial role in the onboarding and continuous development of our residential staff. Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering a supportive environment where our team members can thrive and grow both personally and professionally.
How This Position Contributes to our Mission
- Lead the onboarding process for new staff members, introducing them to the organizational mission, values and principles
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions to equip residential staff with essential skills and knowledge
- Monitor and assess staff training compliance
- Serve as a resource and support system for residential staff, offering guidance on best practices, coping strategies and self-care techniques
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and their application in a residential environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, etc.) preferred. Experience considered in lieu of education requirements.
- Experience working in a residential mental health facility or similar setting strongly preferred
