Adolescent Day Counselor
Wayside Campus
Salary Range: $19.25 - $21.00/hour depending on experience + $2,000.00 sign-on bonus (sign-on bonus is pro-rated for Part Time)

- Develop and facilitate therapeutic and psycho-educational groups for clients.
- Maintain consistent communication with families.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a safe and therapeutic program structure and strive for identified standards of behavior and to provide a positive role model for youth.
- Responsible for keeping in compliance with program and agency policies, standards and protocols.
- Show yourself to be a willing learner in trainings and maintain necessary certifications.
- Support skill building for all youth through collaborative team work.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree Preferred, minimum of one year experience working in adolescent services or related internship.
We will train you in: Motivational Interviewing; Courageous Conversations; Trauma Informed Practice, Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC), Therapeutic Crisis Intervention, CPR and First Aid.
