COMPANY OVERVIEW: Turbine Controls MRO, a VSE Aviation Company (“TC MRO”) is a globally recognized maintenance, repair and overhaul facility with over 180 employees and more than 45 years of expertise in engine component and accessory repair services. General Minimum Requirements for Technical Positions:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
2+ years of relevant technical experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or a related industry
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and/or precision measuring instruments
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work orders
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer proficiency
Most importantly, a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
