General Minimum Requirements for Technical Positions:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 2+ years of relevant technical experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or a related industry
  
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and/or precision measuring instruments
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and work orders
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
  
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
  
• Basic computer proficiency
  
• Most importantly, a strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
