909-Maintenance Div. - 2118-909 Maint Programs Coord

Under direction from and cooperation with Programs Manager, plans and coordinates workflow related to operational programs and services within the Maintenance Operations Division.  ; assists work centers; contacts community residents, City of Laguna Woods and other parties as required to facilitate program implementation and completion; Facilitates the Damage Restoration process, including tracking of damage restoration costs, preparation of notifications, hearing reports, billing packages and documentation packages.  Provides inter-departmental coordination and scheduling, as required and performs related work as required. 

In a lead coordination role, provides coordination and assistance in the execution of Maintenance programs and services. Streamlines the notification processes and creates workflow efficiencies.  Exercises oversight with administrative staff to ensure accuracy of program notifications, invoicing and tracking.

Uses STELLAR for creating, tracking and recording all items of work; schedules appointments using STELLAR scheduling module.  

Assists with monthly tracking and programs related reporting; assists with research and explanation of operational variances for work centers within the Division.  Routinely works with work centers to address inventory negatives and process corrections. 

Confers with Programs Manager concerning objectives, new or revised policies, short and long-range programs relative to Division operations.  Assists with planning, development and implementation of new programs and procedures in accordance with established objectives.
