Position Summary: Our growing organization is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative Corporate Specialist. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

 

What you’lldo:

  • Provide the highest level of service to Greenleaf’s customers to ensure that their expectations are met.
  • Learn, retain, and provide detailed product information to customers; use suggestive selling to increase order size.
  • Ability to anticipate product and service issues before they arise; inform customers about price changes, product shortages and other potential service issues; provide product substitute options and increase order size via suggestive selling to all corporate accounts
  • Maintain productivity, accuracy and team performance metrics as directed by management.
  • Produce weekly reports for order recap for Meta and Apple, address all code corrections and order changes.
  • Produce weekly reports for inactive items for Meta & Stanford and distribute these reports to designated account managers.
  • Manage order entry by groups for future orders and standing order changes, address shorts daily and in a timely manner.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

About you:

  • High School Diploma or higher degree required.
  • 2-4 years of meat industry experience required.
  • Minimum 4 years in customer service/sales required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in English language required. Spanish a plus.
  • Strong technology and computer skills required. Experience with Canopy system a plus.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, professional ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.
