What does a Human Resources Assistant at Swire – Coca Cola do?
The Human Resources Assistant provides personalized assistance to employees with general-HR related questions, with a focus on ensuring employees receive accurate and timely help. They also support company-wide HR administrative tasks, including unemployment claims, random drug testing, HRIS employee data integrity, and other similar needs.
Responsibilities:
- Triages phone calls to the Employee Services line, ensuring employees receive the help they need quickly
- Monitors the HR team inbox, directing emails to the appropriate individuals to ensure properly and timely responses
- Greets visitors to the Employee Services area
- Maintains all employee personnel files, medical files, and other similar documentation
- Manages daily mail for the HR team
- Provides administrative support to other HR teams
- Assists with special projects within the HR team
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in an office environment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
