Primary Purpose of Position:

Staff Housing Coordinator will assist the Human Resources Department in maintaining the staff housing area and employee relations. This role works closely with HR Director, Ranch Leadership, and the Housing Committee. This role will be the primary Ranch representative in the staff housing areas. This role requires someone to be personable, but also authoritative. 

Position Responsibilities: 

Community Development –  Coordinate with the transportation team and assist in transporting employees on scheduled off Ranch excursions and weekly grocery runs in nearby towns. Assist with coming up with events and activities for staff. Picking up and dropping off new and departing employees to local airport. Welcoming and orientating new staff to the property and their accommodations. Running errands as needed during town excursions. Assisting in other departments when necessary. 

Facility Management – Helps maintain staff housing area and equipment. Acts as an onsite liaison for employees living in staff area (may need to assist in lock outs, emergency procedures). Assists with simple repairs, cleanliness and maintenance of onsite housing areas. Helping move or coordinate moving large furniture items, and put together furniture items (beds, dressers), mowing lawns and light landscaping needs. Complete ordering and inventory management. Preparing accommodations for new arrivals, and ensuring that departing employees are leaving the accommodation in good repair. Restocking and distributing employee supplies. 

Policy Enforcement/Safety – works with Human Resources to ensure staff living on property are adhering to Ranch rules and regulations. Uses effective time management to complete tasks and assignments. Helps create and enforce staff schedule and task completion. Position Requirements:

Clean driving record, valid driver’s license in the USA. 

Private Ranch Sanctioned Housing is allocated for this role. 

Work a flexible schedule based on needs of staff housing.

Clean background check required.

A calm, kind and rational demeanor is required. 

Ability to perform cleaning and light maintenance duties as needed. 

Being able to lift 30-50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation on a regular basis safely.
