MPS is seeking a talented administrative assistant who will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the vice presidents of corporate development, human resources, legal, and sales. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, including coordinating meetings, managing travel arrangements, preparing presentation materials, and performing a variety of administrative tasks.
What You’ll Do
Meeting Coordination and Support
- Greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or staff.
- Schedule, coordinate, and organize meetings, including reserving meeting spaces, sending invitations, and preparing agendas.
- Provide in-meeting assistance, such as taking minutes and tracking action items.
Travel Arrangements
- Coordinate and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Prepare travel itineraries and manage travel-related expense reports.
Presentation and File Management
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company branding guidelines.
- Maintain and organize electronic files for easy access and retrieval of documents.
Mail and Shipping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipping, ensuring timely delivery and receipt.
Supply Management
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
General Administrative Support
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests from the VPs.
- Manage calendars and provide reminders for key deadlines and deliverables.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
What You’ll Need to Excel in This Role
Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Experience supporting multiple leaders or departments is a plus.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficient in Office 365
- Knowledge of SAP Concur
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:
The position is Full Time, 5 days/week – Monday – Friday. This position is based in an office setting in Denver and requires occasional flexibility to accommodate early or late meetings or travel support needs.
