Summary –

Responsible for the day-to-day operations in the golf pro shop. Provide customer service, collect fees and maintain cleanliness of clubhouse. 

Job Responsibilities –

• Customer Service and Fee Collection - Operate computer Point of Sale program to check in customers and collect fees and balance a cash register. Answer phone calls.
• Cleaning and stocking – Sweep, vacuum floors, clean bathrooms, stock beverage coolers and snacks
• Assist in receiving and selling golf merchandise inventory
• Assist in food and beverage ordering
• Assist in golf event/tournament preparation and execution

Minimum Requirements –

• Current resident of WI
• At least One (1) year of experience working in a Golf Pro Shop, customer service, hospitality or related field.
• Ability to lift/carry/push pull 20 lbs
• Must be 18 years old of age during application.

NOTE:  This original application is open to permanent residents of the state of Wisconsin at the time of application. In accordance with Section 11, Rule 3 of the Civil Service Rules a non-competitive examination will be held for this position. The non-competitive examination will consist of criteria deemed appropriate by the Director of Human Resources.
