Statement of Accessibility
Dayforce is committed to ensuring its digital experiences can be used independently by the largest possible audience, irrespective of ability or preferred assistive technology. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone, while applying relevant accessibility standards.
To support this commitment, we engage the services of independent auditors to perform periodic accessibility audits on our products and services. These audits assess conformance with our selected target standard, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as well as other applicable accessibility standards.
Based on the most recent Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), formerly referred to as a Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), Dayforce has achieved substantial conformance with, and product support for WCAG 2.1 Levels A and AA.
While the WCAG standard details success criteria and best practices for ensuring assistive technology users can access our products and services, the guidelines also help us improve the user experience for all people.
In achieving this conformance level, we also acknowledge that some Dayforce services redirect to and/or integrate with external vendors and portals, meaning there are some enhancements to our products that are beyond our full and direct control. Dayforce is unable to speak to or assure accessibility of these third-party integrated elements. These elements include, but are not limited to, integration with:
We approach accessibility as a journey, not a destination. While we do not claim to fully conform with all WCAG standards, we aspire to approach full conformance with the applicable standards and guidelines. We will continue to actively work to further increase and improve the accessibility and usability of our websites and services as a best practice and commitment to equality.
Should anyone encounter barriers in accessing or using our products and services, please contact MILWAUKEE COUNTY OFFICE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, (414) 278-3932, michael.bonk@milwaukeecountywi.gov. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate.
