Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR functions at the plant level, ensuring workforce-related processes align with company policies and goals. This role manages a team of HR professionals and collaborates closely with the General Manager to execute HR strategies that support operational objectives.

- Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000
- Work Location: On-Site
- Travel: Up to 10%
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding to align staffing with operational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to address talent needs and implement recruitment strategies.
- Foster a positive workplace environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Guide managers on HR policies, employee development, and organizational best practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
- Maintain company policies and oversee HR compliance and investigations.
- Implement performance management processes, including evaluations, coaching, and feedback.
- Oversee employee development programs such as training and succession planning.
- Administer compensation plans, benefits, and reward programs, ensuring market competitiveness.
- Ensure payroll and data accuracy using Dayforce HRIS and provide reporting for decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives aligned with company values.
- Partner with senior leadership on HR strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and propose solutions to improve performance.
Qualifications
Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Systems Expertise: Proficiency with Dayforce or other HRIS systems.
Preferred
- Certifications: PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.
