Office Coordinator - Charlotte, NC
Segra is searching for a dynamic and experienced Office Coordinator.
Role Overview:
This position coordinates and oversees administrative duties to ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. Responsibilities include answering the main phone line, managing office supplies, ordering snacks, sorting mail, working on special projects and events, and supporting staff with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and booking travel. Additionally, this position will provide support to the executive team in addition to cross-functional support within the department.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma with related experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in administrative/office management experience.
