Job Description:  On-Call Staff - Orlando

 

Summary:

As a member of the onsite operations team for MC&A, candidates must be able to work independently as well as communicate and work in a team environment. Friendly disposition and professional etiquette is required. The ability to execute various assignments throughout shifts.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Daily job duties will occur in various report locations around the city
  • Friendly, informative staff will be positioned at hotels, convention centers, attractions, or other locations to assist guests with boarding transportation and directing guests to designated event areas in a safe manner.
  • Greet and direct guests to/from scheduled transportation to the airport & area hotels or other specified destinations throughout the city
  • Assist in load in and load out for décor events
  • Registration & hospitality assistance (must be able to lift up to 25 lbs)
  • Assist with organization and execution of Teambuilding Activities, Tours, Activities, Community Service Events
  • Luggage handlers to assist loading/unloading of guest luggage at hotels and at the airport (must be able to lift up to 60lbs)
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

 

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Self provided, reliable access to internet for completion of all necessary paperwork and timesheets
  • Positive and professional appearance and demeanor
  • Good time management skills
  • Open availability (Long shifts, nights and weekends are often requested)
  • Fluent in English (read & speaking)
  • Background Screening
