The salary range for this position is $86,800 - $138,400 annually.

We're looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping and scaling our offerings across the U.S. market. As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of product development and strategy, working cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that elevate our mission and meet customer needs and business goals, while delivering value to the market. You’ll play a critical role in developing new features, optimizing existing products, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to drive growth. Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a product vision and roadmap that aligns with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, gather market insights, and monitor industry trends to identify product opportunities and shape strategic initiatives.
  • Prioritize product features, enhancements, and initiatives based on customer impact, business goals, and resource availability, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams.

2. Product Development

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, for new features and products within our Food-as-a-Service offerings.
  • Define product requirements, create user stories, and develop detailed specifications that capture customer needs, usability, and functionality.
  • Partner closely with the Product and Operations teams to ensure seamless development, testing, and deployment of new products and features.
  • Oversee lifecycle management for existing products, including ongoing improvements, quality assurance, and product iteration based on user feedback and performance data.

3. Customer-Centric Focus

  • Act as the voice of the customer, conducting regular user research, customer interviews, and surveys to capture insights and pain points.
  • Grow existing customer personas, journey maps, and usage patterns to inform product decisions and improve user experience as the company evolves.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative team to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible user interfaces and experiences.

4. Internal/External Stakeholder Management

  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure alignment on product goals, launch timelines, and customer communication.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure clear communication across departments.
  • Where applicable, engage with external vendors and partners to support product initiatives, collaborating on integrations, service improvements, and customer solutions.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making to Optimize Performance

  • Set and track product KPIs, including customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics, to evaluate product performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Use data analytics tools to analyze user behavior, gather insights, and validate hypotheses, enhancing product effectiveness and impact.
  • Conduct A/B testing, feature experiments, and usability tests to continuously refine and optimize product performance.
 
Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a high-growth or start-up environment.
  • Prior experience in the food industry, subscription models, or consumer products is preferred but not required.

Skills

  • Product Strategy: Ability to develop a clear product strategy and vision aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions; proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Customer-Focused: Deep empathy for customers with a strong drive to understand and address their needs.
  • Technical Fluency: Familiarity with the technical aspects of product development, enabling effective collaboration with Engineering.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration: A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships across departments.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work locationWe will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
