As our Senior Manager of Healthcare Strategy and Solutions, you will be at the forefront of designing strategies that improve outcomes for payers, providers, and patients while driving operational excellence.

In this role, you’ll lead initiatives that define the future of payment integrity, combining your expertise in healthcare with a forward-looking, problem-solving mindset. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development & Execution: Design and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, payer/provider experience, and operational efficiency, positioning EXL Health as an industry leader.
  • Market Analysis & Foresight: Conduct thorough market and regulatory trend analyses to guide strategic decisions that keep us competitive and innovative.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to monitor performance metrics and make informed, data-backed recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Innovation & Optimization: Explore cutting-edge technologies and digital health solutions to enhance payment integrity, improve claims audits, and address key stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with clinical, financial, and operational teams to align goals and drive cohesive strategic outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring & Program Management: Continuously assess implemented strategies, optimize programs, and ensure success through data-driven adjustments.
  • Vendor & Partnership Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors, ensuring collaboration and effective value delivery from partnerships.
  • Business Development & Growth: Identify new market opportunities that align with EXL Health’s strategic vision and contribute to long-term growth.
  • Risk & Change Management: Assess and mitigate risks for new strategies, establishing robust contingency plans for effective and sustainable implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or MBA degree.
  • Experience: 5-6 years in healthcare strategy, consulting, or operations. Familiarity with both payer and provider environments is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and financial models (value-based care, fee-for-service), and data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in claims auditing, healthcare technology (AI, telemedicine), population health, or business development.
  • Experience in strategy development for value-based care or healthcare coordination is a plus.
