What You’ll Do:

As a Mailroom Associate, you’ll be the backbone of our mail processing operations. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and processing incoming mail, linking it by client or program for scanning and system integration.
• Managing electronic records received via e-fax and email.
• Logging and processing checks and invoices for the finance team with precision.
• Sorting and linking incoming questionnaires to ensure accurate tracking.
• Providing detailed reporting on mail volumes and productivity.
• Supporting decision-making processes by ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.
