Plays a vital role in driving the success of the hotel’s event sales by providing exceptional support to the sales team and assisting clients in planning memorable events. Serves as a liaison between clients and hotel departments, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of events that align with our luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Event Sales Manager in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing event sales to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information on event packages, and guiding them through the planning process.
  3. Prepare contracts, event orders, and invoices while maintaining accurate records of bookings and client communications.
  4. Coordinate with internal hotel departments such as banquets, catering, and operations to ensure the flawless execution of events, including setup, menu selections, and technical requirements.
  5. Conduct site tours with prospective clients, showcasing event spaces and discussing customization options to meet their specific needs.
  6. Manage event calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and efficient use of venues and resources.
  7. Assist in post-event follow-up to gather feedback, address concerns, and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
