Plays a vital role in driving the success of the hotel’s event sales by providing exceptional support to the sales team and assisting clients in planning memorable events. Serves as a liaison between clients and hotel departments, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of events that align with our luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Event Sales Manager in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing event sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing information on event packages, and guiding them through the planning process.
- Prepare contracts, event orders, and invoices while maintaining accurate records of bookings and client communications.
- Coordinate with internal hotel departments such as banquets, catering, and operations to ensure the flawless execution of events, including setup, menu selections, and technical requirements.
- Conduct site tours with prospective clients, showcasing event spaces and discussing customization options to meet their specific needs.
- Manage event calendars, ensuring accurate scheduling and efficient use of venues and resources.
