Job Summary:

The Recruitment Manager will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple properties, including three hotels, a shopping center, and an aquarium. This role involves developing and executing hiring strategies, ensuring a consistent and high-quality candidate experience, and building a pipeline of talent to meet the diverse staffing needs of the organization. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate closely with department heads to understand workforce requirements and support the company’s growth by attracting and hiring top-tier talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each property (hotels, shopping center, and aquarium).
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Establish recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and track performance against them.
  • Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs based on business growth and seasonal demands.

 

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition:

  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, career fairs, internal referrals, and industry events) to source qualified candidates.
  • Establish partnerships with local universities, technical schools, and recruitment agencies.
  • Promote the company brand as an employer of choice through targeted marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

 

Candidate Selection & Hiring:

  • Oversee the screening, interviewing, and selection process to ensure high-quality hires.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and equal employment opportunity guidelines throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage offer negotiations, pre-employment processes, and onboarding coordination.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with and department heads to understand specific staffing needs and requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to HR leadership.
  • Offer guidance and training to hiring managers on interview techniques and candidate evaluation.

 

Technology & Process Optimization:

  • Implement and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the hiring process.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale recruitment across multiple properties or business units.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, labor market trends, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and employment regulations.
