Assists the culinary team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to meet the standards of our esteemed guests. You will work under the supervision of experienced chefs to ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to standardized recipes and specifications.
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet the hotel's standards of excellence, maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and appearance.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to organize workstations, prepare ingredients, and coordinate cooking times for efficient service.
  • Operate kitchen equipment and utensils safely and effectively, including knives, grills, ovens, and fryers.
