Plays a key role in supporting the Director of Food & Beverage in overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations. Assists in managing multiple dining outlets, bars, and banquet facilities, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability while maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Food & Beverage in developing and implementing strategic plans, goals, and initiatives to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining, and banquet facilities, ensuring consistency in service standards, menu offerings, and quality.
- Collaborate with the executive chef and culinary team to develop innovative menus, culinary concepts, and seasonal offerings that reflect the hotel's brand and meet guest preferences.
- Lead, mentor, and empower the food and beverage team, including restaurant managers, bartenders, servers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a culture of excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate food and beverage operations, analyzing performance metrics, guest feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities, special events, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue and attract guests.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all food and beverage outlets, in accordance with local regulations and brand standards.
- Manage food and beverage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, analyzing variances and implementing cost-saving measures to achieve financial targets.
- Foster strong relationships with guests, vendors, and partners, anticipating their needs and preferences to exceed expectations and build loyalty.
- Serve as a liaison between the food and beverage department and other hotel departments, including rooms division, housekeeping, and engineering, to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
