ASSISTANT OUTLET MANAGER

Plays a pivotal role in supporting the Outlet Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, staff management, and administrative tasks. Assists in maintaining high standards of food quality, service excellence, and profitability while ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, and service coordination.
  • Supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure a high level of service.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional guest service, anticipating needs, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in the dining area, bar, kitchen, and storage areas, in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate preparation and presentation of food and beverages, adhering to quality standards and guest preferences.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling food and beverage costs to meet budgetary goals and maximize profitability.
  • Assist in developing and implementing service procedures, standards, and training programs to enhance staff performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy, taking appropriate measures to address concerns and exceed expectations.
