To assist an assistant restaurant manager in delegating duties & responsibilities to service staff. Provide a friendly welcome for guests, to answer telephones, to control the flow of guest to various stations in the restaurant. Provide excellent service and good relation with guest. Handle guest complaint. Train and supervise staff to follow the F&B standard.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant degree. Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or relevant degree.
- Minimum of 2 years in F&B experience
- Good knowledge in the restaurant operation and high end service levels operation and high end service levels
- Have good English communication skills both in written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
