Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for guests and staff, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate hotel operations across the Front Office.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Respond to guest emergencies and incidents, such as medical emergencies, security breaches, or disruptive behavior, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Coordinate with supervisors to ensure adequate staffing levels, training, and support for all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and reporting to support efficient hotel operations.
  • Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures, including safety, security, and guest service standards, to ensure compliance and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, taking appropriate measures to address issues and prevent recurrence.
  • Act as a liaison between guests and management, communicating guest feedback, concerns, and special requests to the appropriate departments and following up to ensure resolution.
