First point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Handling guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival, providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy in processing payments, issuing room keys, and collecting necessary information.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Handle guest reservations, including room bookings, modifications, and cancellations, utilizing hotel management software.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area, including the lobby and reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for guests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to fulfill guest requests and address any issues or concerns during their stay.
  • Manage phone calls and emails efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member and responding to messages in a timely manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry to support the smooth operation of the front desk.
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols to handle guest interactions and situations effectively.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, including concierge, housekeeping, and reservations, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
