CONSUMER INSIGHTS ANALYST

The Consumer Insights Analyst will lead the design, execution and socialization of the Insights program and conduct market research projects to identify key opportunity areas for the business.

Essential Functions (

 

Maintain and build upon current customer feedback platform 

    • Consolidate and analyze customer feedback into insights about customer sentiment, challenges, and successes
    • Build snackable reporting and presentations to be distributed across key business leaders and teams to help drive consumer-led strategies
  • Be a crucial partner to Marketing and Brand Teams by providing a strong, objective “voice of the consumer” built upon a holistic understanding of the brand and business challenges

Oversee the ideation, design, and execution of market research and ad-hoc research projects for competitive analysis and market benchmarking.

  • Actively engaged with cross-functional teams to scope work in response to business questions that will lead to actionable output that can inform business decisions
  • Designs, manages, and delivers results of consumer research studies and custom-designed strategic and tactical studies
  • Combines learning from quantitative and qualitative methodologies to provide actionable business recommendations

Effectively documents and translates research and analysis into actionable insights. -

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (required or preferred):

Education:  Bachelors'’ degree preferred in business related or technical field such as Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field. Equivalent working experience will be considered.

Licenses / Certifications / Training:

Years of Related Experience: Must have minimum 1 year experience working in performance marketing position in business with fast paced and dynamic market environment.

Required Skills & Abilities:  Desired track record of being a part of a cross functional team from beginning to end of project, achieving challenging targets and standards. Must be consumer-driven, always looking to meet consumer demands, have exceptional problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and inspire the same in others, be proactive and thirsty for knowledge, have an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines even when working on multiple projects, be brave in going for informed experimentation, have a knack for delivering results, and display calmness and composure under stress and in uncertain situations.

Demonstrate ability to communicate in “snackable” ways; we don’t believe in “the person with the biggest deck wins”; we need to have statistically sound analytics but consolidate insights into actionable ways to drive better business performance.

Ability to communicate promptly and accurately via computer, telephone, or similar device with or without assistive technology
