Summary
This role is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of Tri-Phase Automation. These operations include quoting customers, entering and acknowledging customer orders, shipping and receiving, warehouse, and production.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate activities of departments tasked with quoting customers, entering orders, shipping and receiving of products, warehouse organization, and production of value-added assemblies.
- Interface with Procurement Leader to maintain timely delivery of products to customers and production.
- Work with production manager to ensure allocation of resources and communication to customers of delivery schedule.
- Manage operations staff hiring, training, and reviews.
- Ensure the company’s standard operating procedures are followed and work to improve current processes.
- Utilize company ERP and reporting systems to manage day-to-day activity and performance to key company metrics.
- Interface with customers, salespeople, engineers, and others as needed.
- Handle customer concerns and involve necessary internal parties to address issues.
- Encourage and build trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years similar experience.
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational, communication, and listening skills.
- Ability to problem solve and show critical thinking.
