Who we are looking for:

The Condition Report Representative is primarily responsible for performing reviews of condition reports that field teams have performed prior to being launched on ACV's auction site. This role must know, practice, and ensure that company policies and procedures in addition to state and federal laws are always followed by persons under their jurisdiction. The Condition Report Rep analyzes condition reports and external data to support the movement of cars to auction. The Condition Report Rep reports directly to the Manager, Prescreen.

 

What you will do:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure exterior cosmetic items in the condition report(s) are reviewed in prompt, efficient and courteous attention for all contacts.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with procedures for handling all reviews. Understand and enforce the ACV Arbitration policies and procedures.
  • Follow the condition reports guidelines set in place by Prescreen and ACV.
  • Communicate opportunities or errors made during initial vehicle inspection for training and correction purposes to the field.
  • Perform proper record keeping in various applicable systems.
  • Ensure proper follow-through on all directives, bulletins, schedules, and accounting from the Manager, Arbitration or designated manager.
  • Maintain a good flow of communications with entire team including all management.
  • Stay abreast of Company changes and make recommendations to management on processes, procedures, and other related condition report trends.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

 

What you will need:

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred.
  • Automotive auction experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills both in-person and over the phone and understand the importance of building internal and external networks to increase personal effectiveness.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and assist others in doing so.

 

Other:  This will be an overnight position 7:30 PM – 4:00 AM IST
