Human Resources Intern

Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented team player who has a desire to gain knowledge in a variety of HR disciplines for an internship. The chosen candidate would work on projects such as leading and planning a large internal event, assisting with recruitment, creating team building activities for different departments, data entry in our HRIS, and more.

You will also participate in a structured internship program designed to promote professional growth through open discussion informational panels, learning about various departments that make up Flexco, and develop other useful skills to apply in the workplace.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time, onsite availability (40 hours/week)
2. Must be currently attending college or enrolled for Fall 2025
3. Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management
4. Junior or Senior Standing preferred

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain multiple projects and be able to work under deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Outgoing and enjoy working on a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desire to be coached and mentored

Details:

1. May be eligible for up to four hours/day of holiday pay.

3. Preferred start is in May 2025.
4. Interns at Flexco can expect a starting compensation between 17/hr.-20/hr. or more, depending on skills and experience.
