Safety Intern

Are you interested in learning more about Safety in a manufacturing environment while expanding your professional development?

Flexco, a leading global manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented student who has a desire to gain knowledge in Safety for an internship. The chosen candidate would work with sub-teams to organize and coordinate bids for a new SDS Management partner, work with Safety Manager to prepare global safety needs analysis, prepare training documents, support global DART and incident program updates and more!

You will also participate in a structured internship program designed to promote professional growth through open discussion informational panels, learning about various departments that make up Flexco, and develop other useful skills to apply in the workplace.

Job Requirements:

1. Available to work 40 hours/week onsite
2. Must be currently attending college or enrolled for Fall 2025

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Excellent computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Pursuing a degree in EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) or equivalent

Details:

1. May be eligible for up to four hours/day of holiday pay.

3. Preferred start is May 2025. 
4. Interns at Flexco can expect a starting compensation between 17/hr.-20/hr. or more, depending on skills and experience.
