Salary: $99,700 - $112,200.00 per year.
Employment Logistics:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sales Training and Enablement Lead to design, deliver, and oversee training programs that empower our Sales and Account Management teams to achieve and exceed performance goals. This role will drive strategic initiatives to improve sales effectiveness, equip teams with the tools and knowledge needed, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

The Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of modern sales methodologies.
- Proficiency in sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar learning management system).
- Skilled in instructional design and adult learning principles.
Your Mission in Motion:
1. Sales Training Development and Delivery:
- Independently develop and deliver comprehensive commercial process training programs, building them from the ground up, including designing workflows and leveraging CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) to ensure seamless integration and adoption.
- Independently develop and deliver interactive and engaging learning materials, such as e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on simulations.
- Independently facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring high engagement and retention.
- Use a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles, including role-playing, group discussions, and case studies.
- Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to design, develop, and deliver impactful sales training programs, ensuring scalability, engagement, and measurable learning outcomes.
- Customize training delivery based on audience needs, such as junior sales reps, experienced account managers, or leadership teams.
- Serve as a dynamic and motivational trainer, instilling confidence and inspiration within the sales team.
- Identify skill gaps and create targeted training to address them.
- Manage live Q&A sessions and provide real-time coaching during training events.
2. Sales Enablement Strategy:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define enablement priorities and strategies.
- Design and implement a knowledge management strategy to centralize and organize sales resources within Salesforce, ensuring easy accessibility and alignment with sales team needs.
- Drive adoption and usage of sales tools and technologies (e.g., SFDC, sales automation platforms, content management systems).
3. Performance Metrics and Optimization:
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training and enablement initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance data to refine programs and ensure ROI.
- Collect feedback from participants and leadership to continuously improve programs.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with other departments such as marketing and customer implementation teams to align training materials with market trends and customer needs.
- Work closely with HR to integrate enablement into broader employee development strategies.
5. Leadership:
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging sales teams to actively seek learning opportunities, share knowledge, and implement new skills in their daily workflows.
