Location: 565 S Pinnacle Dr. Romeoville, IL

Shift: Monday-Friday  

Salary: $85k Annually

 

Employment Logistics: 

The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance of facility equipment and directly supervises and coordinates the activities of the maintenance technicians.

The Must-Haves:

  • Three years related experience and/or training in conveyor system; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience.
  • At least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical degree or certificate preferred, blueprints and schematics.
  • Working knowledge of PC and CMMS systems.
  • Good mechanical skills.
  • Leadership skills required.  

 

Your Mission in Motion:

  • Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program. 
  • Supervise employee work levels and review work performance.  
  • Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel. 
  • Maintaining all internal and external facilities and equipment for proper operations and safety concerns and adhering to the preventive maintenance program. 
  • Accurately completing documentation applicable to machine and facility service, maintenance, and preventative maintenance. 
  • Immediately responding to requests for attention to process and/or facility problems, which are affecting the production operation. 
  • Maintaining and purchasing an adequate inventory of required spare parts, materials, and equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance purposes. 
  • Implementing all maintenance projects and machinery installations, as defined by Management. 
  • Obtaining and maintaining complete, proper, and up-to-date documentation applicable to machine and facility service, maintenance, and preventive maintenance. 
  • Supervises janitorial team and maintains building cleanliness inside and out. 
  • Troubleshoots facility IT hardware (printers, scanners, PC, servers with assistance from helpdesk. 
  • Enforces the teams’ proper inputs and usage of the company CMMS. 
  • Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.

  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate 24-hour operations. 
  • Ability to fabricate and fix mechanical parts. 

 

Work Environment:  

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in a warehouse environment. The noise level is usually moderate. 

 

Physical Demands:  

While performing the duties of this job:  

  • The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.  
  • The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle or feel. 
  • The physical activity associated with this position is considered high. The employee will regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds. 
  • The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.  
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
