Product Manager, High School (Learner Journey)

Position Summary: 

The Product Manager, High School works relentlessly to improve the high school learner journey by removing friction, increasing scaled personalization, and aligning supports to ensure more learners graduate each year – mastering skills & confident for their next step. Study the market and online learning trends to ensure our high school is best in class for our price. Triangulate data from front line staff, analytics, the LMS, and the market to identify and shepherd the highest impact work to improve the learner journey. Unlock product led growth through gains in learner retention and completion. 

Essential Job Functions:  

  • Conduct market research to stay informed on trends, competition, and learner needs. 

  • Define learner personas and prioritize solutions to continuously strengthen online learning experience and skill mastery. 

  • Analyze data to identify and implement high-impact improvements. 

  • Develop and manage the learner journey roadmap and project evaluations. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and execute product goals. 

  • Drive retention, completion rates, and learner satisfaction metrics. 

  •  

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:  

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in education technology or related industry 

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex market needs into actionable product requirements  

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making  

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 

  • Willingness and ability to travel for market research and networking purposes 

  • Preference given to candidates with prior experience or subject matter expertise in online high school learning and/or career training
