Job Summary

The Marketing Director oversees and directs the organization’s marketing function, including planning and implementing campaigns to promote the organization and its products, strategic  communications, digital presence. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to analyze and adapt campaigns based on performance metrics.

The role will include a complete revamp of our digital strategy including marketing campaigns for the many new products planned for release. Experience of brand enhancement and expansion representing the exciting future that MacLean Power Systems has.

Experience of sales channel changes and sales messaging would be ideal and using those techniques to develop launch training and materials. This role directly reports to the company’s Chief Commercial Officer and is a key contributor to growth plans to be based out of our Fort Mills HQ.

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns targeting new or underserved markets.
  • Analyze industry and competitive trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee the production of advertising materials, including print, online, and other media formats.
  • Organize special events, promotions, and initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Establish and track campaign metrics; conduct ROI analyses to refine and optimize strategies.
  • Lead and manage the work of employees within the marketing department, including subordinate managers.
  • Build a marketing team with both internal and contracted resources.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning, departmental goals, and organizational policies.
  • Establish and enforce departmental policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant organizational impact.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, including prior management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, insight messaging and practices
