Pay Range: $23 to $34
Pay increase after first 90 days of employment
Paid Overtime/Shift Differential
Available Shifts: 2nd Shift – 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Monday through Friday)
3rd Shift – 10:00 pm to 6:00 am (Sunday night through Friday morning)

- Maintenance Technicians will receive on-the-job training for understanding, implementation, troubleshooting, and functionality of their position.
- Team Members will become OSHA 10 and Forklift Certified.
- Tuition reimbursement options for Team Members who want to further their knowledge by attending the Mechatronics Industrial Maintenance program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues as required
- Repair, dismantle, replace, and reassemble machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation
- Data Entry for equipment maintenance records
- Read gauges and charts and record data obtained
- Remove products, machine attachments, and waste material from machines
- Examine equipment to verify conformance to quality standards
- Observe Equipment for malfunction
- Assure work practices are within the guidelines of OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety standards as outlined by policy and procedures
- Comply with organizational and departmental policies
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Education in maintenance or mechatronics; experience may be substituted for education
- Ability to solve technical issues
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to productively use hand tools
- Understanding of maintenance tools and uses
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must have a strong attendance record
- Must have shown ability to work unsupervised
- Detail and process oriented and organized
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, background check and drug screen
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment
- Degree in Mechatronics or extensive experience in maintenance
- Understanding of iron foundry process
- Understanding of a manufacturing facility
- Forklift Certified
