Tapping Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a Tapping Operator at Maclean Fogg, you will be responsible for operating machinery to produce threaded components according to specifications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing process.

Shifts Available:  2^nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3^rd shift (11pm-7am)

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate tapping machines to produce threaded components.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery as they arise.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet production targets.

Requirements:

• Entry level is welcome, previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
