TITLE: Mechanical Supervisor
POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for day to day maintenance operations as well as spare parts inventory and requisitions. Also, to ensure that the plant maintenance is conducted in a cost effective and safe manner that will maximize equipment uptime.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be willing to be on-call and work some nights and weekends that are required
- Must have working knowledge of electronic systems
- Must possess welding, machining, and millwright skills
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage spare stock purchasing & store stock application (SSA).
- Execute special improvement projects.
- Oversee engineers’ and techs’ work.
- Prepare and train engineers and techs.
- Must know and follow all ISO procedures for Maintenance Section.
- Review all work orders, P.M., records, and forms.
- Review/Approve evaluation for engineers and techs.
- Order parts/repair (Issue P/R).
- Coordinate with Scheduling and Production for scheduled P.M. and major repair.
- Modify root cause problem, analysis improvement.
- Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager.

- Ability to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot)
