The salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. This is a remote based position.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of inventory management processes across FreshRealm's operations. This role will be instrumental in establishing robust inventory control systems that support our meal solutions business. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive inventory management processes, including receiving, storage, tracking, and fulfillment procedures across multiple facilities and product lines.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste, and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to integrate inventory processes with existing systems and implement new solutions as needed.
  • Guide a team of inventory professionals and Operations leadership and providing leadership, training, and development while establishing best practices and standard operating procedures. 

 

Qualifications 

 

Skill and requirements 

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in program/project management, with at least 3 years focused on inventory management or supply chain operations
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale inventory management systems and processes in a food manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and process optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems and inventory management software 

 

Experience/Education 

  • Experience in food manufacturing or meal kit operations
  • Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement methodology
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • A strategic mindset combined with strong operational execution capabilities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of driving process improvements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
