Inside Sales/Warehouse Associate

Summary:

Northwest Automation Products is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Inside Sales/Warehouse. This unique position combines inside sales and warehouse responsibilities, offering a versatile opportunity.

Inside Sales Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
• Assist with product quoting and pricing.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team to provide product information and support.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns.

 Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate records and timely replenishment.
• Implement and maintain an efficient warehouse layout and organization.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Qualifications:
• Proven experience in warehouse management and inside sales.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and order processing software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industrial automation products and components is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Salesforce and Profit 21 is a plus.
