Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

• Moving inventory and materials across the facilities
• Including delivering packages to the correct departments, person, or area. Investigating packages that appear incorrect o questionable 
• Physically receiving in the item from the delivery truck. Open and inspect each package and distribute appropriately. 
• Sort and organize and inventory in the proper locations. Question items that appear wrong. 
• Label and package items appropriately according to the customer sales order and prepare for shipping process. Ship items according to shipping policy. 
• Coordinate domestics and international ground and LTL shipments.
• Report damages or missing items to supervisor.
• Receive and process incoming and outgoing RMA's from customers and vendors. Work with group for internal RMA processes as well.
