Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities 

• Shipping and receiving; help ensure new parts received are checked into the system in a timely manner and ensure repaired parts are shipped on time.
• Sales support thru picking up and delivering repair parts to designated customers and vendors.
• Purchasing overflow; assist purchasing through pricing, pulling, receiving, distributing, and ordering parts as needed. 
• Assist in customer service as needed.
• Assist in productions support as needed.
• Assist in shop cleanliness and help ensure we are “Tour Ready.”
• On-call for after-hours pickup and delivery support.
• Potential for occasional travel to help with program launches.
• Being a valuable and flexible part of the team to assist where needed as we grow.
• Representing the values of American Industrial at all times to customers, vendors and American Industrial colleagues.
• Other duties/tasks as assigned.
