Program Manager – Implementations Training

 

What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Program Manager – Implementations training within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing comprehensive training programs. The focus will be primarily oriented towards building and enhancing the skills and knowledge of our internal Implementations staff members (75%) with some training design and delivery to external clients onboarding with Corpay (25%). This role is critical to shifting our implementations team from being functionally focused (by-product) to a more fungible set of team members capable of supporting volumes that vary by product over time. You will report directly to the manager of Implementation Standards and regularly collaborate with [team(s)/department(s)].

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of Professional Services team members.
  • Assess Training Needs: Conducting needs assessments to identify gaps and training requirements.
  • Curriculum Development: Creating and updating training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and workshops.
  • Facilitate Training Sessions: Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring engagement and effective learning.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness:  Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Working closely with department heads, HR, and other stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Providing mentorship and coaching to Project Managers to support their professional growth.
  • Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement: Through regular activities and experiential observation – providing input to leadership and the Implementation Standards team on trends and themes where prioritized efforts

Qualifications & Skills

  • Domain Experience: Familiarity delivering training to adults in a business solutions and/or SaaS organization. Seeking a candidate who ideally has 3-5 years of owning or directly contributing to the delivery of training (onboarding, cross training, etc.) to internal professional staff with both at-scale (repeatable) and more bespoke training.
  • Organization & Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively across varying levels of internal and external parties and stakeholders. Detail-oriented, independent, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
  • Technical Proficiency: High-level skills in Microsoft Office, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Lessonly, relevant applications for content creation, etc.
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking, with the ability to assess situations, develop solutions, and make strategic decisions to benefit the organization.
