What We Need 

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Integration Software Developer Lead. As an Integration Software Developer Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of software solutions that integrate different systems, applications, and data sources within an organization. This role involves both technical expertise and leadership, guiding a team of developers while ensuring the seamless communication and functionality of integrated systems.

Role Responsibilities 

The responsibilities of the role will include:

 

  • Oversee the integration of systems, services, and data sources using .NET technologies (e.g., C#, ASP.NET Core, WCF, SignalR, Web API, Entity Framework)
  • Develop and implement architecture patterns for API management, microservices, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS) using .NET technologies.
  • Lead the development of RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core or Web API, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
  • Integrate with SQL Server, NoSQL databases, or cloud-based storage solutions. Write stored procedures, triggers, and handle data transformations to meet integration requirements.
  • Write stored procedures, queries, and ETL processes to manage and process data between systems during integration.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including architecture diagrams, API specifications, data mappings, and process flows.
  • Utilize Azure services like Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, API Management, and Azure Functions to facilitate cloud-based integrations.
  • Lead the estimation, planning, and execution of integration projects, ensuring that development is on schedule and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead a team of integration developers by providing technical guidance, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment where developers, QA, and business stakeholders can communicate effectively to identify and address integration requirements.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members, provide performance feedback, and ensure career growth opportunities for the team.
  • Lead integration efforts in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

 Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience
  • .NET Framework and .NET Core: Expertise in .NET Framework, .NET 6/7, and ASP.NET Core for building cross-platform integration solutions.
  • Design and implement RESTful services and SOAP-based web services using WCF or ASP.NET Web API.
  • Proficiency in working with SQL Server and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
  • Ability to design and implement database schema, write stored procedures, and ensure data integrity during integration.
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure Storage for seamless cloud-based integrations.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines to automate integration testing and deployment.
