Marketing Manager, UK & EMEA
What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a/an Marketing Manager within our Cross-Border division. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and is in London. In this role you will be Working within a dynamic and fast-moving market, the Marketing Manager, UK & EMEA will take responsibility for leading the marketing strategy and marketing activities and programs targeted at corporate clients across the UK and EMEA, ensuring the integrity of the Corpay brand throughout all activities and communications.
Working within the global Marketing Team, they will ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the overall strategic objectives and implement and monitor the success of marketing campaigns, targeted at generating leads across the UK and EMEA. You will report directly to Chief Marketing Officer.
How We Work
As a Marketing Manager you will be expected to work in Hybrid working environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in London (2-3 days/week)
- Company-issued equipment + remote access
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Plan and organize marketing initiatives in the UK and EMEA across all channels, ensuring the Corpay brand is always at the forefront and that all campaigns are within budget.
- Work with the CMO and Sales Management to plan customer and prospect events and seminars, allocating budget accordingly, as well as providing regular reporting on ROI for marketing initiatives and tracking YTD spend against budget.
- Work with the CMO and Sales Management to plan annual tradeshows across the UK and EMEA, allocating budget accordingly, as well as handling all logistics and providing regular reporting on ROI and tracking YTD spend against budget.
- Lead the development of marketing projects and programs that drive sales growth among B2B sales verticals and market segments across the UK and EMEA.
- Work with the Global Digital Marketing Director to plan and set the strategy for UK and EMEA digital Marketing programs, including social media, email nurture, and online channels, focused on driving brand awareness and lead generation across.
- Work closely with partners, industry, and vertical specific associations across the UK and EMEA, along with the regional Sales teams to identify strategic partnerships and collaborative marketing opportunities; that drive revenue growth and strong ROI.
- Work closely with the CMO, along with the Digital Marketing team to plan, set the strategy and execute Account Based Marketing and nurture programs in the UK and EMEA.
- Work with the Global Content and Communications team to develop marketing collateral, including white-papers, case studies, sell-sheets, social media content, video content and webinars that effectively support the UK and EMEA sales teams and the selling process, and that position Corpay as an industry leader.
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments and 3rd party suppliers.
- Help the Global Marketing Team with global marketing requirements when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field is required
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in B2B marketing & communications role within the financial services industry
- Proven track record of running successful global marketing campaigns
- Innovative and able to identify new marketing opportunities, particularly in the area of social media and digital marketing
- Proven experience running successful global Account Based Marketing and/or nurture programs
- Strong experience in development, production, and execution of exhibition/event projects from proposal up to delivery.
- Proven hands-on experience in planning and executing social media strategies
- Good understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and accustomed to working with complex sets of marketing data
- Experience in managing budgets and effectively tracking ROI
- Excellent CRM skills (Salesforce etc.)
- Knowledge and experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, knowledge of design software preferable
